Comfort Inn

My grandson and I spent one night in Simcoe and found this place very convenient. I liked that I had access directly to the parking lot and my vehicle. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than average. (There was actually hot food.) And although the small dining room was very busy, and there were no seats available, you could take your food back to the room, which was fine by me. The staff were all friendly, especially the girl at the front desk, who was very helpful, and kind enough to offer us a late checkout. The location was perfect for clear skies and seeing the eclipse later that day. I would happily stay here again if I was in town. Good value for the money!

I love every moment of my time spent at the comfort inn. The room was wonderful , the colors was neutral but inviting. I was a bit disappointed with the air condition unit though, it's outdated. I couldn't really get it at the temperature I wanted because the controls had no numbering and it was hell for my friends in another room who tried to get the room at a lower temperature but ended up sleeping with winter jackets on. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful people.

The hotel is located in central Simcoe, close to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. That said, it has ample green space in the back, a well maintained lawn. The hot breakfast is outstanding and it is managed very well, the employees are eager to please and it is just an overall delight. Strongly recommend.

I am writing this review to share too wonderful staff here at Comfort Inn. I have been coming to this hotel for at least 5 years +. I seen many staff come and go. But, too of the staff who stand out the most, are ALICIA and MATTIE. These to women make my life so easy, because they do there job so well. They are super amazing in every way. I personally think they should be promoted to manager or supervisor or something of that nature. And don’t even get me started on Patience. They have patience for days. Some people think this job may not be frustrating, but the customers you have to deal with, oh boy. Anyhow, I can go on and on about these two women, but, I just had to leave this review to let others know about Alicia and Maddie, they are absolutely Fabulous.

Due to a change in plans we didn't end up staying here and cancelled our rooms, so I can't speak to the actual hotel experience. However there was a misunderstanding in our cancellation and management helped us resolve it very quickly. Thank you Alisha and team!

Stay for the weekend. Nice area that was quite and close to everything we needed. Breakfast area is a bit small but the food was good.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. Nothing but great things to say about our Breakfast professional Charmin. She goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and the food is very fresh and delicious. I encourage people to stop in and say hi to her she is a ray of sunshine. Lots to watch on their TV package and their communicating about the insects in the room are well appreciated. I thought it was a cockroach but it turns out that Thanks to literature in the room we were inform that it was a harmless Box Elder bug. The coffee in the morning is always fresh and thanks to Charmin the cream and sugar are always fresh and available. I would recommend the personal poured waffles, again thanks to Charmin. If you are a smoker there is a handy sliding glass door in which you can hang your head out of. Thanks to all the staff at Comfort Inn Simcoe. All the best and thanks for making us feel at home. And for future please no tuck.

The service was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice ad clean. And the breakfast was good. The hotel offered complimentary coffee and juice during our 2 day stay.
